Sacred Mandala


The name Mandala derives from the Sanskrit word meaning ‘circle’. It represents the universe and can help bring you to a greater level of concentration and total meditation.

Set an intention, then begin to focus on the mandala. Letting your eyes take in the beauty of the design, allowing your mind to wander as it will. If your mind begins to chatter, simply bring your attention back to the beauty of the mandala.

Meditating with the mandala will leave you relaxed, and you will come away with a resolution or clarity concerning the intention that was set before the meditation.
