Description
Captured at sunset at a beach called Fingal Head in Northern NSW Australia. This is a very spiritual area to the indigenous Australians who still occupy the area. It’s home to the Echidna (porcupine) to which a dream time story is still passed on today through fellow indigenous people. The headland was formed millions of years ago by hot lava as it flowed from the mountains to the sea. As it cooled it formed what’s called Pillar Lava which the indigenous people say are the spines of the Echidna.
